PAID TIME OFF (VACATION, SICK PAY, AND PERSONAL TIME-PTO): New employees start with just over 3 weeks of PTO per year, pro-rated in their first year based on hire date. Employees receive access to their full bank of hours on the date of hire in their first year and on January 1, each year thereafter.
HOLIDAYS: Coaxis offers a combination of scheduled and floating holidays each year which may vary depending on the dates when holiday’s fall, the employee’s work schedule, and their location. The normal allotment of paid holidays for full-time US employees is 10 days.
401(k) PLAN: The Coaxis 401(k) plan is administered by Fidelity. New employees are auto-enrolled on the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment. The company match is 50% on the first 6% of contributions.
